Do i need to register to place an order?

Is it possible to place a made-to-measure order for a particular item?

Yes, we do take special orders. For any matters regarding placing a special order please contact our Customer Service team at Please mind that returns or exchanges of special orders are not allowed. Each item will be shipped within 1-6 weeks of purchase.

Steps of placing an online order

Return or exchange ordered items?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date on which you recived your order. Returned or exchanged items need to be shipped back in perfect condition, clean and without any damage, with all of the original labels intact, together with the bill. Returns need to be communicated via email ( or via our contact form. The shipment costs for returned or exchanged items are to be covered by the customer and the cost of shipment to the customer by Liholat.
